atozkeysolution, we aim to provide high-quality services and ensure customer satisfaction. This
Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be issued for purchases made via the
atozkeysolution mobile application ("App"). By making a purchase through the App, you agree to this
Refund Policy.
1. General Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered for purchases under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Refunds will only be issued for qualifying purchases as described below.
Not all purchases will be eligible for refunds.
- Refund Request Period: You must submit a refund request within 14 days
of the original purchase date.
- Digital Products and Subscriptions: Refunds for digital products or subscriptions may
have different criteria based on their specific terms.
2. In-App Purchases
Refunds for in-app purchases (such as premium features, credits, or digital items) are generally
non-refundable, except under the following circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties that prevent the use of a
purchased feature or service, and we are unable to resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a refund.
- Accidental Purchases: If you make a purchase in error, you must contact us within
48 hours of the transaction to request a refund. Requests for refunds on accidental
purchases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Unauthorized Transactions: If an unauthorized purchase was made from your account,
contact us as soon as possible. After verifying that the transaction was unauthorized, we may issue a
refund.
3. Subscription Services
For subscription-based services, you may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are subject to the
following conditions:
- Cancellation within 14 Days: If you cancel a new subscription within 14
days of the initial purchase, you may be eligible for a full refund.
- Ongoing Subscription: After the initial 14-day period, no refunds will
be given for the current billing cycle. Cancellations will take effect at the start of the next billing
cycle.
- Auto-Renewals: If you forget to cancel before the subscription renewal date, and the
subscription renews automatically, you will not be eligible for a refund for that period.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:

feature to request a refund.
- Include the following information:
- Your name
- Email address associated with your atozkeysolution account
- Date of purchase
- Details of the product or service purchased
- Reason for the refund request
We will respond to your request within 5 business days. If your refund is approved, we will
notify you via email.
5. Refund Processing
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the
time of purchase.
- Time Frame: Once approved, refunds may take 5–10 business days to
reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
